Hiring: SAP FICO RAR Consultant (Offshore | Remote - India)
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant to support a US-based client on a long-term offshore engagement.
Position Details
- Role: SAP FICO RAR Consultant
- Location: Remote (India)
- Employment Type: Contract
- Duration: 5 Months (High possibility of extension)
- Client: US-Based
- Work Schedule: Must be available to support the US client until 1:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP RAR solutions.
- Configure, test, and validate SAP RAR functionality.
- Participate in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.
- Perform SAP SD/Legacy Data Migration to SAP RAR.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Support system testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Independently manage deliverables in a remote offshore environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in SAP SD integration, SAP FI, and related modules.
- Experience in OCM (Organizational Change Management).
- Hands-on experience in Legacy Data Migration to SAP RAR.
- Strong configuration, production support, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with US clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
