Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Public Cloud Consultant to support end-to-end implementation and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy scalable finance solutions aligned with best practices in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations for Finance (FI/CO)
- Configure and deploy core Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Translate business requirements into SAP Public Cloud configurations using Best Practices
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide clients on adopting standard SAP processes
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, BTP, Integration)
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud architecture and governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3–8+ years of SAP FICO experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes and configurations
- Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
Familiarity with:
- SAP Activate methodology
- Fiori applications
- Public Cloud limitations & best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Nice to Have
- Experience in Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury
- Exposure to SAP BTP or integration tools
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or Public Cloud
- Experience in consulting environments (Big 4 / SI)
