Job Description

Manage all project phases: Discovery, Ideation, Blueprinting, Solutioning, Configuration, Unit Testing, SAT, UAT Support, User Training, and Hypercare.
Oversee Finance & Controlling modules and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, Logistics, Production Planning).
Provide leadership either through direct team management or cross-functional coordination.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of solutions.

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of SAP FICO experience with strong Finance & Controlling expertise.
Minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP implementations (ECC or S/4HANA).
At least 2 years of leadership experience (team or cross-functional).
Familiarity with integration tools and external system connectivity.
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem and related modules.
Preferred: Background in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling open to Computer Science or Engineering graduates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
