Lead and support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Provide end-to-end support for financial processes within SAP.
Work with technical teams for developments, enhancements, and integrations.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer when necessary.
Ensure system configurations comply with financial and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.
Strong experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
Strong knowledge of financial business processes.
Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience with integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
SAP Certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Experience working in global or multi-country implementations.
