Qualifications:
- At least 4-6 years SAP implementation and configuration experience - must have participated in at least one full implementation in the role of SAP FICO functional consultant
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP applications.
- Experienced in SAP FI and CO modules and knowledge of migration of complex SAP FICO landscape from Classic to new GL
- Experience with scrum / agile / SAFe preferred
- Capable of leading a team of internal and external team members and accountable for the FI-CO functional design for global projects, BAU and Support
- Setting up financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Analyzing and improving business processes around Finance, Controlling
- Customizing and configuring the SAP FICO system.
- Testing, support, and user training.
- Documenting configuration and procedures.
- Upgrading and enhancing the system as needed.
- Develop relationships with Business Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution
- SAP FICO Certification an advantage
- Thorough understanding of SAP FI and CO
- Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge in other modules and technical configurations
- Development of global template based on L3-L4 Process Designs
- Design authority and lead reviews of functional designs
- Pre- and post-SAP implementation support
- Coordinating and conducting SAP user training with Subject Matter Experts
- User support on SAP FICO queries
- Interfacing to IT teams
- Follow up of SAP projects and cross sell and up sell other services around Finance & Reporting
- Securing standard hierarchies in CO
- Translating the business needs into SAP FICO solutions
- Supporting legal changes to be implemented into the SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solution
- Flexibility to undertake international travel where required
- A graduate in any discipline but with hands on experience of SAP and FICO module in particular.
