SAP FICO Consultant S/4HANA (Senior Associate and Manager)

Our client is looking for SAP FICO professionals to join their growing SAP practice. This opportunity is open to candidates from Senior Associate to Manager level, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in integration, testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and SAP optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in SAP FICO with strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is required.
• Experience may be from greenfield or brownfield implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Note: Candidates with only domain, AMS, or managed services experience without full-cycle implementation exposure may not be suitable.
