SAP FICO Consultant

This position is for a SAP FICO Consultant in a hybrid contract-based role. The role is located in Taguig, allowing for a combination of onsite work and remote flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, configuring and customizing functionalities, gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The consultant will also troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues, provide support during UAT and go-live phases, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Expertise in SAP financial accounting and controlling modules, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Proficiency in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting SAP system issues and identifying technical solutions
• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with stakeholders, end-users, and developers
• Experience with testing, documentation, and user training to support system implementations
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility to adapt to both remote and onsite demands
• Relevant SAP certifications and experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the unique needs of industry-compliant processes as supported by SAP FICO is a plus
