Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAPFICOSupport Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module by handling problem records, change requests, enhancements, and incidents. This role involves troubleshooting, providing resolutions to end-user issues, and assisting in the continuous improvement of SAPFICOprocesses to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management:
Investigate and resolve SAPFICO-related incidents and issues reported by users.
Provide timely solutions, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system errors or issues affecting functionality.
Problem Resolution:
Analyze recurring issues and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
Perform detailed investigation into problem records, track resolution progress, and ensure effective fixes.
Change Request and Enhancement Management:
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for change requests and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize change requests based on business needs.
Support the implementation of system changes and configurations related to SAPFICO.
System Testing and Support:
Perform testing for SAPFICOchanges and enhancements to ensure quality and accuracy.
Support the deployment of SAPFICOsystem upgrades and patches.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth operation of the SAPFICOmodule.
Communicate effectively with business users and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancement.
