SAP FICO Consultant

Experience Level: Minimum 7 - 17 years of Experience

Job Description:

Lead and support R2R processes:

• General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
• Period-end closing and financial reporting

Configure and manage:

• Withholding Tax (EWT) with ATC codes
• Tax and statutory reporting aligned to Philippines regulations

Ensure compliance with:

• BIR CAS (Computerized Accounting System) accreditation requirements
• Document sequencing and statutory reporting formats

Handle integration with MM & SD:

• Procure-to-Pay (MM-FI) and Order-to-Cash (SD-FI) flows

Support:

• SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities

Collaborate with:

• Business, tax teams, and external consultants for compliance readiness

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience
• At least 1–2 S/4HANA implementation/rollout projects
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes and FI integration (MM/SD)
• Exposure to Philippines BIR compliance (CAS, EWT) preferred
• Experience in BIR CAS demonstration and approval process is a strong advantage

Good to have

• Experience with statutory reporting / DRC
• Working with local tax consultants for CAS certification
• Exposure to multi-country rollouts
