SAP FI support (Key User, Super User)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Provide day-to-day SAP FI support to local Finance users and resolve business/process-related issues.

 Act as the local Finance/SAP liaison with Central Key Users (CKUs), SMEs, and IT, translating business needs into SAP requirements.

 Support SAP projects, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements through testing, validation, and user acceptance.

 Train and guide Finance users, maintain process documentation, and promote SAP standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

 4–5 years of relevant experience with hands-on SAP FI experience, preferably in a key-user, super-user, or SAP support role.

 Good understanding of SAP FI processes, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, support testing, and identify process improvements.

 Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, SMEs, CKUs & IT.

Must/Nice to Have:

 Hands-on SAP FI as Key User, Super User, or support role.

 Finance operational + SAP Functional experience (testing, UAT, upgrades or system changes)
