As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position supports transformation efforts by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into practical and technology-enabled outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.

- Document and communicate business architecture artifacts to support decision-making.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.

- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

- Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.

- Experience in mapping business requirements to technology capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making

Must have and Good to have skills: S/4 HANA Finance – Treasury & CFIN (Primary), but if none, we are okay with S4 FI CO, AR, AP, GL
