Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.

- Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

- Develop and implement best practices to improve support processes and system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules.

- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.

- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of technical problems.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Must have and Good to have skills:

-EWM technical skills to support complex EWM issues, provide permanent fixes and work on EWM enhancements and projects
