Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Develop and implement best practices to improve support processes and system reliability.
Qualifications
Expert proficiency in SAP EWM with 4-5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise
resource planning systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Extended Warehouse
Management modules.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of technical problems.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Must have and Good to have skills: EWM technical skills to support complex EWM issues,
provide permanent fixes and work on EWM enhancements and projects
