We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM S/4HANA Consultant with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in warehouse management processes, configuration, integration, testing, and support activities. More details as below.

Experience: 7+ years

Work Location: Philippines (Remote)

Contract Period: 5 months, extendable

Tentative project date is from July 20 to Nov 30, 2026, all weekdays including PH holidays.

July – 10 days (4hrs/day)

Aug – 21 days (4hrs/day)

Sept – 22 days (4hrs/day)

Oct – 22 days (4hrs/day)

Nov – 21 days (4hrs/day)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP EWM on S/4HANA platform

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects

• Expertise in inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes

• Experience in RF framework, PPF actions, wave management, labor management, and MFS is an added advantage

• Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules

• Experience in configuration, testing, and support activities

• Good understanding of warehouse business processes and supply chain operations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA EWM Certification

• Experience in decentralized and embedded EWM

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for EWM

• Exposure to Agile methodology and ticketing tools like JIRA/ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in SAP EWM S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse and logistics processes

• Configure SAP EWM organizational structure, warehouse structure, storage types, and storage sections

• Work on inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, replenishment, physical inventory, and RF processes

• Configure warehouse process types, storage control, putaway, picking, packing, and staging processes

• Handle integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM modules

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals

• Support data migration, cutover, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities

• Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements

• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues within SLA timelines
