Location: Taguig, Metro Manila

Shift Schedule: Morning, 6am to 4pm Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid, 2 a week RTO

• Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements

Summary:

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems using SAP EWM.
• Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM
• Collaborate with team members to address system issues.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.
• Document and maintain system configurations and processes.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Additional Good to Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities and configurations.
• Experience in system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of system documentation and maintenance practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
