As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems using SAP EWM. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM.
- Collaborate with team members to address system issues.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.
- Document and maintain system configurations and processes.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities and configurations.
- Experience in system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of system documentation and maintenance practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
