As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes and identifying areas where improvements can create significant value. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those insights into actionable strategies. The position supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and overseeing the implementation of critical initiatives that align with overall business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies.
- Experience in designing and implementing business processes within enterprise asset management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP EAM with other enterprise systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
