Role Description This is a full-time hybrid SAP EAM role based in Manila, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing SAP Enterprise Asset Management processes, including configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP modules related to asset management and integration with SAP FICO and master data. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing process improvements, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and test solutions. The SAP EAM professional will work closely with business stakeholders to provide consulting on best practices, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and deliver user training and documentation. The role also involves continuous monitoring of system performance, recommending enhancements, and supporting ongoing system upgrades and projects.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process and Consulting skills to translate requirements into effective SAP EAM solutions.
• Solid Analytical Skills to perform root-cause analysis, evaluate process performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and related integration points with SAP EAM.
• Knowledge of Master Data management in SAP, including asset records, equipment, and related configuration.
• Experience in SAP EAM implementation, support, or enhancement projects, preferably in large or global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with on-site and remote teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in business terms.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP EAM, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) are an advantage.
• Experience in the consulting or IT services industry and familiarity with Fortune 500 environments is beneficial.
