Job Description: S/4 HANA Public Cloud – Solution/Delivery Lead
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, bridging solution architecture with execution. Serve as the primary client contact during delivery, ensuring quality outcomes, on-time delivery, and alignment with SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations from design through go-live and hypercare
- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and governance across workstreams
- Act as the primary client contact — communicate progress, manage risks, and drive decision-making
- Coordinate with solution architects to translate designs into actionable delivery plans
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover planning to ensure successful deployment
- Define and execute deployment strategies including stage gate reviews and readiness assessments
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining delivery methodologies
