SAP Master Data Management (MDM) LeadWe are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Lead to own and drive our organization's end-to-end master data strategy. The ideal candidate will lead MDM initiatives across multiple business domains, ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and alignment with overall business and IT strategy.

Salary: PHP 120,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of SAP Master Data Management solutions
- Define and enforce master data standards, policies, and data stewardship processes
- Manage master data lifecycle across materials, vendor, customer, finance, and other domains
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Oversee data quality initiatives, cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities
- Drive continuous improvement of master data processes and system functionality
- Provide leadership and guidance to MDM analysts and data stewards
- Support integration of MDM with SAP and non-SAP applications
- Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or related domains
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG / MDM / S/4HANA master data concepts
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level MDM projects or initiatives
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and data stewardship frameworks
- Experience working in a complex, global, or matrixed environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and process solutions
MUST HAVE
- SAP MDM/MDG hands-on expertise
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise master data solutions
