SAP CRM Functional Consultant – Job Description

Job Summary

The SAP CRM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure effective customer relationship management processes across sales, service, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.

• Configure SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.

• Customize business processes such as lead-to-order, opportunity management, service requests, and complaints.

• Work with ABAP and technical teams to support enhancements, interfaces, and reports.

• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM modules.

• Experience with CRM middleware, integration with ECC/S4HANA.

• Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, and Service.

• Familiarity with Web UI configuration and CRM workflows.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP CRM

• SAP Sales or Service Cloud certification

• Relevant SAP functional certifications
