What we are looking for:
Strata Results is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Manila. The role will focus on implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP CRM solutions for clients across various industries. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users to gather and document CRM functional requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX, and third-party applications, to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Analyse business processes and recommend best practices for CRM functionalities, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Assist in data migration, master data management, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support for SAP CRM users.
- Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer interactions, and business workflows.
- Experience in SAP CRM configuration and customization, including Web UI enhancements.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware and integration with S/4HANA, SAP CX, and external applications.
- Understanding of SAP Fiori and UI5 for CRM-related functionalities is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite in Manila).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus.
- Previous experience working in IT consultancy or project-based environments.
