The main responsibilities of a SAP CPI CONSULTANT include:
- Participate as an SAP СPI Consultant in current and future projects for existing global entities.
- Analyze, design, develop, and test process flows in support of multiple business projects using integration technologies.
- Understand, refine, and comply with integration patterns, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing integration components for applications and systems.
- Coordinate and interact with key business users, project stakeholders, technical team, and functional consultants for gathering integration business Requirements.
- Requirements gathering, integration Design, Development, Configuration, Administration and Documentation.
- Prepare Integration requirement documents, data mapping document for the interface by understanding the functional requirements.
- Leverage standard content and customize the integration to suit customer requirements.
- Use SF APIs and OData APIs to build custom integrations in SAP CPI.
- Work with functional consultant and Vendor technical teams to implement and unit test integrations.
- Involvement in UAT and System integration testing.

- 7+ years of experience and Proven skills in an SAP CPI integration development role
- Experience in creating ABAP Proxies and RFC debugging.
- Configuration and support of IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, and REST adapters/services
- Experience in developing, testing, and operating SAP CPI
- Strong integration debugging and problem-solving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Experience in CPI administration and API Development using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Web services and API OAuthFramework.
- Expertise in configuring sender & receiver adapters – RFC, JDBC, Proxy, IDoc, FTP, SFTP, Mail, OData, Rest, SOAP Web service, Salesforce Cloud Platform APIs for data retrieval, update, and merge operations and HTTP(s).
- Experience with complex IT architecture in a global environment.
- Good communication skills and Team player
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of an international project team.
- Should have worked on at least 2 integration projects with SAP CPI
- Strong Experience in Working on Complex Mapping Logics Using Java Script, Graphical Mapping, XSLT, and Groovy Script
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Have strong experience in building mapping logic using standard mapping functions and custom Mapping functions.
- Experience in Real time, Batch and ETL integrations.
- Experience in working with Electronic Banking Interfaces (Lockbox, ACH Payments, e-Bank Statements).
