We're Hiring: Custom Software Engineering Lead – SAP SD

Experience: Minimum 3 years in SAP SD Sales Order Management

Implementation Experience: Completed at least 2 full cycle implementations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to promote a productive work environment.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SD Sales Order Management.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing workflows and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing sales and distribution modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales order management.
• Excellent understanding of data flow and system interfaces within SAP environments.

Must Have

S/4 Implementation in Sales and Distribution

Good to Have

• SAP MM Procurement knowledge

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SD Sales Order Management.
