SAP BW/HANA (Senior Associate & Senior Manager)

We are looking for SAP BW/HANA professionals at different career levels to support and lead the delivery of data management, analytics, and reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making and business performance.

Role Overview

You will work with clients to understand their data and analytics requirements, design and implement SAP-based solutions, develop data models, and deliver meaningful reports and visualizations. Depending on your experience and level, you may focus on hands-on solution development and implementation or take a leadership role in managing client engagements, overseeing complex projects, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design, implement, and optimize SAP data management and analytics solutions.
• Develop data models and conduct complex data analysis to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Leverage SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BusinessObjects BI to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Support or lead data integration and migration initiatives to improve data accessibility, reliability, and quality.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline data management processes, and adopt innovative data technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to validate solutions, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to clients on the effective use of SAP data and analytics tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, critical thinking, and innovation in delivering data and analytics solutions.
• For senior leadership-level candidates, oversee complex data modeling and analytics engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• For senior leadership-level candidates, coach and mentor team members, foster collaboration, and promote a high-performing and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in SAP BW/HANA, data management, and analytics, depending on the position level:
• Senior Associate: 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior Manager: 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or SAP BusinessObjects BI.
• Knowledge of data modeling, analytics, reporting, data integration, and data quality management.
• Experience supporting or leading SAP data and analytics implementations, including data integration or migration initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• For Senior Manager candidates: demonstrated experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, project leadership, and team development.
