The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Analyst to join our ICT Solutions Delivery team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, optimization, and support of modern data warehousing solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CDS Views, and modern analytics platforms to deliver real-time business insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP BW/4HANA and SAP CDS View-based reporting solutions.
- Build and support analytics dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the Data & Analytics landscape and BAU support activities.
- Ensure BI solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes across multiple source systems.
- Collaborate with ICT teams, business users, and external vendors to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
- Support enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
- Strong understanding of SAP Business Warehouse and Power BI.
- Technical Expertise
- SAP BW/4HANA administration, development, configuration, and support.
- SAP CDS View extractors and OData integration.
- SAP HANA SQLScript and HANA Studio (Eclipse).
- Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Databricks and modern data platforms.
- Power BI development and administration.
- SQL and Python programming.
- Data warehousing, performance tuning, and security administration.
- SAP Analytics Cloud experience (preferred).
- CI/CD and development lifecycle experience (preferred).
