SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst – Real Estate Costing to support financial processes related to real estate, cost accounting, and SAP S/4HANA. This role will partner with finance and business stakeholders to improve real estate financial processes, cost transparency, reporting, and system functionality.
The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP FI experience, exposure to real estate accounting, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
AS A SAP BUSINESS ANALYST, YOU WILL:
- Support financial processes related to real estate and cost accounting within SAP S/4HANA.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance cost transparency and real estate financial management.
- Analyze business requirements related to real estate accounting and cost management.
- Configure and support SAP FI solutions aligned to real estate processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize leasing, property accounting, and cost allocation processes.
- Support integration with cost controlling (CO) and other modules.
- Assist in financial reporting and compliance processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain functional documentation and process standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience with SAP FI and exposure to real estate accounting processes.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) or similar.
- Knowledge of lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842).
- Integration experience with CO module.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
