SAP BTP

Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP BTP / ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise SAP solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and ABAP technologies.

In this role, you will collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to build custom SAP solutions, integrations, and enhancements that support business processes across SAP environments including S/4HANA systems.

This role is ideal for experienced SAP ABAP developers transitioning into BTP, ABAP Cloud, and modern SAP development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Development & Enhancements

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements
• Develop custom solutions using ABAP, BAdI, BAPI, User Exits, and Enhancements
• Create SAP forms using SmartForms and Adobe Forms

SAP BTP & Modern Development

• Develop and extend applications using SAP BTP and ABAP Cloud
• Support development using RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
• Build and maintain OData services and APIs

System Integration

• Develop and support integration between SAP and external systems
• Work with IDocs, RFCs, and APIs for system communication
• Support SAP integration with third-party platforms and applications

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code optimization
• Support system integration testing and deployment activities
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards

Collaboration & Technical Support

• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for SAP applications
• Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing

Qualifications

812 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments

Strong expertise in ABAP development, enhancements, and debugging

Experience in SAP integrations using IDocs, RFCs, and APIs

Exposure to SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, or RAP development frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
