Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP Integration Suite and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Collaborate with and guide team members to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
- Take ownership of team decisions and provide direction on technical and functional matters.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders and teams, contributing to key architectural and implementation decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
- Monitor integration platform performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in SAP integration technologies and enterprise application integration.
- Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Proficiency in SAP PO/PI and API development.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware architecture, and integration best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services.
- Ability to work with programming languages, tools, and frameworks relevant to enterprise integration.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
- Preferred experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Preferred experience working in large-scale enterprise integration projects.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP ecosystem solutions, cloud integration architectures, and API management best practices.
