Job Description:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Document issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of applications.
Must have and Good to have skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their implementation.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and tools relevant to application support.
