What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
  • Migrate SAP PI/PO interfaces, including ICOs and ESR objects, to BTP IFlows, covering message mapping, value mappings, and associated integration components.
  • Develop and maintain integrations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems using IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, JDBC, and other relevant protocols.
  • Apply appropriate integration and development patterns using CAP (Node.js/Java), with awareness of RAP for side-by-side extensions and SAPUI5/Fiori where applicable.
  • Implement secure integration solutions using OAuth 2.0, SAML, mTLS, certificate management, and secure BTP parameter handling.
  • Support BTP DevOps and deployment practices using BTP Transport Management, Git, Business Application Studio, Cloud Foundry, and related tooling.
  • Monitor and support production integrations using Cloud ALM, message monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks.
  • Work with technical and Australian business stakeholders to conduct workshops, document integration designs, identify risks early, and ensure successful operational handover.

Key Criteria


  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, particularly Cloud Integration (CPI), with at least 2 end-to-end BTP implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience migrating SAP PI/PO interfaces to BTP, including ICOs, ESR objects, graphical/Groovy/XSLT mappings, and value mappings.
  • Strong knowledge of integration protocols and adapters including IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData v2/v4, SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, JDBC, and Mail; EDI/X12/EDIFACT experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP integration across ECC and S/4HANA, including standard integration content, whitelisted APIs, and CDS-based data extraction.
  • Experience with CAP using Node.js or Java, with familiarity with RAP and SAP application development technologies such as SAPUI5/Fiori Elements.
  • Strong understanding of BTP security, DevOps, and deployment practices, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, mTLS, certificates, Git, BAS, CTMS, and Cloud Foundry.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to produce technical designs, interface specifications, operational runbooks, and clearly present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Proactive and disciplined approach to documentation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and production support.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid arrangement, 1 x a week in the office, 4 x work from home (Onsite on day 1)
