SAP BODS Consultant

We are looking for experienced SAP BODS professionals to support large-scale SAP transformation and data migration initiatives. This opportunity is open to candidates across Senior Consultant to Manager-level experience, depending on technical expertise, project exposure, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP BODS solutions for data migration, integration, transformation, and ETL requirements.
• Support end-to-end data migration activities across SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading from legacy systems into SAP environments.
• Develop and maintain BODS jobs, workflows, data flows, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve data quality and migration issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions follow established technical, data governance, and project standards.
• Contribute to project planning, solution design, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Depending on seniority, provide technical guidance, lead workstreams, mentor team members, and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
• Solid experience in ETL, data migration, data integration, data transformation, and data quality.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Exposure to full-cycle SAP implementations, including Greenfield and/or Brownfield projects.
• Good understanding of SAP data structures, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex, large-scale, or global SAP environments is an advantage.
• For more senior candidates, experience in team leadership, workstream ownership, project delivery, and stakeholder management is preferred.
