Job Description:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various critical business systems. Your role involves carefully analyzing system behaviors, collaborating with different teams to understand challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of software components. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting activities to maintain system reliability and support business processes effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide timely resolutions.

- Document findings and solutions to enhance team knowledge and support future troubleshooting.

- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with system changes and improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SD Billing.

- Strong understanding of billing processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to sales and distribution billing.

- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes.

- Familiarity with configuration and customization options within SAP SD Billing.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
