Overview
We are hiring SAP BI Engineers across multiple levels (Junior, Mid-Level, and Tech Lead) to support and evolve enterprise analytics platforms built on SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP BW/4HANA.

These roles cover a mix of development, data engineering, and production support, offering strong growth opportunities—from hands-on execution to technical leadership.

Open Roles

Junior SAP BI Engineer

Key Focus:

• Support BI applications and reporting platforms

• Work with SQL and datasets for analysis and validation

• Assist in report development (WebI/Qlik)

• Handle tickets, troubleshooting, and production support

• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement

Mid-Level SAP BI Engineer

Key Focus:

• Develop and maintain: SAP BO reports (Web Intelligence), Universes (IDT), BW/4HANA data models and queries

• Work with ETL/data pipelines (ADF, Databricks)

• Troubleshoot performance and data issues

• Support BI platforms in production and drive improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams

Tech Lead – SAP BI

Key Focus:

• Provide technical leadership across SAP BO and BW/4HANA

• Lead complex troubleshooting and production reliability

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers

• Drive architecture discussions and solution design

• Ensure scalability and performance of enterprise BI systems

Core Skills Across All Levels

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills

• Experience or exposure to: SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, IDT, CMC), SAP BW/4HANA

• Understanding of data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling)

• Experience with data pipelines and integrations (ADF, Databricks preferred)

• Familiarity with production support and ticketing systems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
