SAP BI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions for business intelligence and reporting.
• Provide AMS support for SAP BW and SAC environments, including incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and ensure data integrity and availability.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable analytics solutions.
• Develop data models, reports, dashboards, and stories in SAC, integrating data from SAP BW and other sources as needed.
• Optimize data flows, ETL processes, and performance tuning within SAP BW and SAC environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical colleagues to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to junior consultants and project teams.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, proactively recommending improvements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud, including AMS support.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL, reporting, and system maintenance within SAP BW and SAC.
• Experience integrating SAP BW with SAC and other SAP/non-SAP data sources.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• SAP certification(s) in BW and/or SAC is a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA embedded analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and security best practices.
