As a SAP Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis workstreams and manage client expectations effectively
• Guide teams in the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Utilize SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver to optimize operational efficiency and support business transformation
• Develop strategic technology plans to enhance SAP software integration and utilization
• Collaborate with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentor team members to deepen their skills and encourage professional growth
• Address conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating where necessary
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including organizational policies, code of conduct, and independence requirements
• Promote process improvement and automation within SAP technology frameworks
• Analyze system interactions to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
• Experience utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
• Strong analytical thinking and process optimization skills
• Ability to embrace change and innovation in client support environments
• Experience developing skills in design automation and service excellence
