Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant
General Description
We are currently hiring an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for a local project in the Philippines supporting enterprise SAP environments and critical implementation activities. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale SAP initiatives involving system administration, security, authentication, and deployment support across key project phases.
The role requires strong SAP Basis expertise, hands-on support during UAT, cutover, and go-live activities, and the ability to work closely with functional, technical, infrastructure, and security teams.
This is a hybrid role with onsite work required 1–2 times per week. Project locations may be in Binondo, Pasay, or BGC depending on the assigned client/project.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support SAP Basis administration activities across SAP environments
- Perform SAP system installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and maintenance
- Support SAP landscape management including transports, system refreshes, and performance tuning
- Handle SAP security, authentication, user administration, and access-related configurations
- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system stability and compliance
- Support project critical phases including:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Cutover activities
- Go-live and hypercare support
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related incidents and system issues
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams during deployments and production support activities
- Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of SAP systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
- Strong experience in SAP system monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with SAP security and authentication concepts
- Experience supporting implementation or upgrade projects
- Familiarity with transport management and system refresh activities
- Experience supporting UAT, cutover, and go-live phases
- Good understanding of SAP landscape architecture and integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or Public Cloud
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
- Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery concepts
- Exposure to cloud-hosted SAP environments
