Details:

  • Perform daily SAP system checks and monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage and monitor SAP system landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SCM, and other SAP systems.
  • Perform routine tasks such as system copies, patches, kernel upgrades, and database maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure SAP systems operate effectively.
  • Implement SAP system backups and restore processes, ensuring data integrity and system availability.
  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including new installations and upgrades for SAP applications, databases, and operating systems.
  • Execute release upgrades and support package applications, ensuring compliance with SAP guidelines and best practices.
  • Plan and conduct system migrations, both on-premises and to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Plan and execute S/4HANA system conversion autonomously
  • Perform regular system tuning and capacity planning to maintain high system availability and performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SAP systems for better efficiency.
  • Work with functional teams to address system performance issues and fine-tune configurations.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for SAP Basis-related issues, coordinating with SAP Support and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
Job Requirements

Details:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems, including installation, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with at least SAP HANA database
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud environments and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages for system administration tasks.
  • Certifications in SAP Basis or related areas are preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or business needs.
