Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end customer engagement for SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
  • Support daily operations, technical setups (e.g., VPN, IP ranges), and disaster recovery testing.
  • Handle support tickets and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Provide technical support, monitor issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage additional services and change requests.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and support critical situations.

Collaborate with internal client teams (Sales, Presales, Delivery, etc.).

  • Review account status and support transitions as needed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SAP BASIS administration role

Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Familiarity with ITSM, HA/DR concepts, and infrastructure tools.

Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Engineering degree preferred.
