- Manage end-to-end customer engagement for SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
- Support daily operations, technical setups (e.g., VPN, IP ranges), and disaster recovery testing.
- Handle support tickets and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide technical support, monitor issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage additional services and change requests.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and support critical situations.
Collaborate with internal client teams (Sales, Presales, Delivery, etc.).
- Review account status and support transitions as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SAP BASIS administration role
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with ITSM, HA/DR concepts, and infrastructure tools.
Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Engineering degree preferred.
