Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across SAP systems. This role is critical in driving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring seamless integration of business processes through SAP BPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Design & Development: Analyze business requirements and design automated workflows using SAP BPA tools.
- Configuration & Implementation: Configure BPA solutions for job scheduling, monitoring, and execution across SAP landscapes.
- Integration: Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to integrate BPA with SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee automation processes, monitor performance, and resolve issues to ensure reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance automation efficiency.
- Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and train end-users on BPA functionalities.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure BPA solutions adhere to organizational standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP BPA (Business Process Automation by Redwood) or similar SAP automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of SAP job scheduling, batch processing, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with SAP modules and integration points.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or ABAP basics).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise automation strategies.
- Prior experience in large-scale SAP implementations.
