SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Consultant

GyanSys is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Supply Chain Collaboration Specialist to join our growing global operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our digital supply chain, driving seamless integration with external suppliers and partners, and maximizing the efficiency of our collaborative networks. This will be a support role for a PH-based client.

Work Arrangement: 2x a week RTO at Client's location in Mandaluyong. Working hours is 8am - 5PM, Monday-Friday.

Job Description:

• Configure, manage, and optimize SAP supply chain collaboration platforms (such as SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or SAP TM/IBP collaboration tools).
• Lead onboarding and technical integration for strategic suppliers, ensuring smooth data exchange for forecasting, inventory visibility, purchase orders, and advanced shipping notices (ASNs).
• Identify bottlenecks in end-to-end supply chain execution and design automated, collaborative solutions to improve lead times and reduce inventory buffers.
• Partner closely with procurement, logistics, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot integration errors and roll out new supply chain capabilities.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct user training sessions, and ensure compliance with security and data governance policies across the collaborative network.

Requirements:

• Candidate Profile must have at least 3 years of experience in SAP.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP ARIBA Supply Chain Collaboration and supplier integration.
• Proven proficiency with SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba Network), SAP Supply Chain Control Tower, or EDI/API integrations (cXML, EDIFACT, OAGIS).
• Strong ability to analyze supply chain metrics, trace data flows, and resolve complex integration or transactional issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications are a strong plus.
