Job Description

You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Proactive involvement in an implementation of SAP Ariba

• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders

• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients desired business outcomes

• Define To-Be stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements

• Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve To-Be stage effectively

• Support functional consultants in conducting deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes

• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations

• Produce high-quality work that adheres to the firm's/client's expectations.

• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

• Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.

• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.

• Share and collaborate effectively with others

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Preferred skills

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Involvement in planning and executing SAP Ariba Implementation / Rollout / Upgrade / Development / Support activities in Ariba Upstream or Downstream modules.

• Support functional consultants in configuring SAP Ariba Upstream or Downstream conforming to the Client's standards & requirements and integrate it with SAP Materials Management module or other non-SAP ERP systems.

• Support functional consultants in business process design, configuration, functional specification development, custom object unit test and system integration testing.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Sound understanding basic Source to Pay principles and able to provide support in optimising solutions utilizing processes available in SAP Ariba

• Prior experience in SAP Ariba in any capacity

• Exposure to ASAP implementation methodologies or any ERP methodologies

• Ability to perform as functional analyst and supporting role to functional consultants

• Good interpersonal and client engagement skill

• Having the ability to work on milestone-based deliverables within deadlines.

Prerequisite:

• 1-3 years experience with SAP Ariba modules

• Excellent in client facing interactions, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Fast learner - able to be certified within short period of time

Added Advantage:

• Prior full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation experience

• SAP Ariba certification in any modules
