Job Title: SAP Ariba CIG Consultant
Office: Makati
Work arrangement: Hybrid (2x/week)
Level open: Consultant, Senior Consultant and Jr. Lead Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- 4 to 5+ years of dedicated SAP Ariba implementation and integration experience.
- Architect, map, and configure CIG pipelines to integrate Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, SLP) with SAP ERP systems
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot middleware connections to automate master and transactional data flows
- Handle critical transactional data flows including Purchase Orders (POs), Order Confirmations, Goods Receipts, and Invoices
- Actively monitor integration queues, map custom fields, identify data bottlenecks, and resolve transmission errors
- Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment
- Handling cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Provide functional guidance on best practices and standard CIG processes
Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Work with functional and technical teams on integrations between:
- SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA / ECC
- SAP Ariba and other non SAP systems.
- Support integration testing and data validation
- Deep knowledge of the CIG add-on, middleware concepts (APIs, IDOCs, Proxies), and XML/XSD structures.
Prepare and maintain:
- Design documents
- Configuration workbooks
- Test scripts and training materials
- Support user training
- Handle change requests and minor enhancements
Required Skills/Mandatory Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG
- Strong knowledge of CIG configuration.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with functional SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA
- Exposure to global implementations or multi-country rollouts
- SAP Ariba CIG certification
