SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM) implementations from requirement gathering through deployment and hypercare.
• Configure SAP Ariba CIM solutions, including:
• Invoice intake and processing
• Invoice validation rules
• Approval workflows
• Exception handling
• Invoice monitoring and processing controls
• Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Design and optimize invoice management processes aligned with Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) best practices.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations for invoice automation, compliance, and operational efficiency improvements.

About you

• 3+ years of SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM) implementation experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience.
• Participation in client-facing implementation projects.
• Involvement in requirement gathering, design workshops, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
