Job Description

What You'll Do: 

  •  Analyze support issues logged with Service Desk in accordance with client SLA
  • Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution / solution identification
  • Document solutions & problems
  • Coordinate issues and monitor issue resolution
  • Provide unit acceptance testing of configuration undertaken
  • Involvement in Support Pack Testing
  • Liase with Clients relating to issue status in accordance with SLA
  • Liase with 3rd Level Support in accordance to incident resolution
  • Monitoring/actioning of tickets sent through to APP Support
  • Perform client service request work
  • Ensure client and support center documentation are maintained
  • Monitor and resolve MDM related batch job issues/failures
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, overtime and holidays when needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in SAP Master Data
  • Material master fields
  • Creation and modification of Material Management Master Data
  • Mass processing using standard transactions
  • Data extractions from SAP system
