Your Role And Responsibilities
The SAP Analytics Consultant S2C & EAM supports the design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions for SourcetoContract (S2C) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) business areas. The role focuses on translating business requirements into highquality data models, reports, dashboards, and insights using SAP analytics platforms. Working under the guidance of the SAP Analytics Lead, the consultant collaborates with business stakeholders, process teams, and technical teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional analytics specifications for S2C and EAM.
- Design and build data models, queries, dashboards, and reports using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Embedded Analytics.
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and quality of analytics solutions.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of SAP analytics products, following established standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with process teams, data governance, and architecture functions to ensure consistency and integrity across analytics solutions.
- Produce documentation including functional specifications, data flow designs, test scripts, and user guides.
- Support end users during testing and hypercare, providing issue analysis and resolution.
- Monitor and maintain existing analytics solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvements or enhancements within S2C and EAM reporting areas.
- Work closely with external partners or vendors as required, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery expectations.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Handson experience with SAP analytics technologies, such as SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or SAP Embedded Analytics.
- Good understanding of S2C and/or EAM processes, data structures, and reporting needs.
- Experience in data modelling, query building, KPI definition, and analytics solution delivery.
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and identify trends or data quality issues.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working within SAP programmes or large enterprise environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working is an advantage.
