Job Description
We are looking for a motivated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for SAC reporting and planning solutions. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, supporting dashboards and reports, monitoring data refreshes and system performance, assisting with user access and security, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate has knowledge of SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, or SAP Datasphere is an advantage.
