SAP Analyst (Successfactors / HCM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, SAP HCM Payroll, and related HR applications.
• Resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and manage service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support payroll-related configuration and HR system enhancements.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT), release management, and change management.
• Monitor application performance and ensure business continuity of HR and Payroll operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to improve HR processes and technology solutions.
• Maintain integrations between SAP HR applications and SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of SAP HR or HRIS experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB)m SAP HCM Payroll
• Experience supporting global HRIS environments.
• Knowledge of HR master data and payroll processes.
• Experience in system testing, releases, and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with SAP integrations and enterprise applications is highly desirable.
