Role Responsibilities:
- Our managers will be involved in the development from offshore for enhancements, delivery of projects and provide support to our clients. Occasional Onshore delivery is possible depending on the scope of the client and the projects
- Reports to the Offshore Senior Manager/Associate Director.
- Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stake holders during build and testing.
- Work closely with work stream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design/requirements
- Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of SAP BTP developments.
- Responsible for delivering from offshore on time, on schedule, within scope and adopting industry best practice and quality
- Involved in the RFP and architect level discussion with the client and respective stakeholders.
- Work as technical architect and providing leading practice recommendation towards solution development.
- Should be able to mentor team members and coach them.
- Should participate in the innovations and bring value addition to our clients and organization.
Requirement:
- Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC
- Scope, requirement management and development experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation
- SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience
- Clean Core Mindset and Experience
- Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
- Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk)
- Knowledge on open standards like Cloud Foundry
- Good on Core ABAP RICEFW
- Experience in Solution Design
- Experience in managinga team
- Experience in Bug fixing and troubleshooting
- Can work independently
- Experience in working with Client
- Well versed with SAP functional process
- Pre-Sales Experience
- Experience in Leading Workshops
- Awareness of latest technology
Must-Have Certification
- Certification in SAP BAP Development (Desired)
