Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the needs of the organization while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the development process. You will be responsible for making informed decisions that impact your team and the broader organization, ensuring that solutions are effective and efficient.

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with integration processes and tools within the SAP ecosystem.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
